We accept pickups and deliveries 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Our customer support is available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on all days.
Yes! Pickup and delivery is completely free for all orders. No hidden charges — what you see on the price list is what you pay.
Standard turnaround is 48 hours. For dry cleaning and specialty items, it may take up to 72 hours. Express 24-hour service is available for an additional charge.
Not a problem! You can arrange for clothes to be left with a family member, neighbour, or building reception. Just let us know in advance and we'll coordinate. We'll also send you a WhatsApp notification when we arrive.
Yes, we send WhatsApp updates at every stage — pickup confirmed, cleaning in progress, quality check done, and out for delivery. You're always in the loop.
We clean virtually everything — everyday casuals, formal wear, ethnic outfits (sarees, lehengas, sherwanis), sportswear, innerwear, kids' clothes, bed linen, curtains, and more. If in doubt, just WhatsApp us!
Absolutely. Ethnic wear is our speciality. We handle silk, chiffon, georgette, brocade, zari and embellished fabrics with the highest care. All ethnic items are dry-cleaned and individually pressed.
Yes! We offer a full shoe-cleaning service covering canvas sneakers, leather shoes, suede footwear, sports shoes, and sandals. Services include deep cleaning, deodorising, conditioning, and protective coating.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.
Yes, there is a minimum order value of ₹199 per pickup. This ensures we can provide free pickup and delivery on every order.

Yes, always. Each customer's garments are tagged with a unique order ID and washed in separate machine cycles. Your clothes are never mixed with anyone else's.

Absolutely. When scheduling your pickup, you can add special care notes for individual items — e.g. "cold wash only", "do not iron collar", or "this shirt has a stubborn stain on the left sleeve". Our team will take note and handle accordingly.
Yes. All our detergents are biodegradable and free from harsh chemicals. Our machines are water-efficient, and we minimise single-use plastic in our packaging. We're committed to both your wardrobe and the planet.
